A former prison guard and bodybuilder has admitted she was not the perfect person for the job and is leaving prison because of the sex she had with inmates.
Melissa Goodwin established two personal relationships with inmates while working at Silverwater Prison in Sydney, Australia.
The 26-year-old was fired from prison last month after being accused of being involved in a romantic relationship with an inmate.
However, during her trial in Burwood County Court, she denied allegations that a sexual act occurred during her relationship with inmate Corey London, insisting he was just a friend.
Speaking on a radio in Australia, Melissa has expressed: I can be a flirtatious and quite attractive man and I was probably not the perfect person for the job. I fully understand and take responsibility for the fact that my personality does not fit into a prison.
Melissa talked about how this experience had affected her mental health due to the abuses she had received on social media. Melissa also began a relationship with a former inmate, Caleb Valeri, as soon as he was released from prison.
Melissa was given a 12-month community correction order and 120 hours of community service during her sentence.
The seductive blonde seems to be looking to create a new career as she works as a personal trainer.
