Covid Emergency Commissioner in Italy Francesco Figliuolo said the vaccination campaign would continue.
He underlined that the aim is to vaccinate the 86% quota and to achieve 90% vaccination of the population over 12 years old.
“Thanks to the vaccination campaign, we can return to normalcy. The vaccination process has led to the protection of 46.5 million Italians, ie approximately 86% of the population over 12 years of age.
