Three people have been arrested for the explosion of a car outside a hospital in Liverpool, where as a result a man died. The taxi was transporting a passenger the moment it was engulfed in flames.
The passenger unfortunately remained dead at the scene, while the driver was seriously injured, however he is out of danger for life.
Detectives from the North West Counter-Terrorism Police said three young men, aged 29, 26 and 21, were arrested in the Kensington area of the city. They are suspected of having committed this act which is considered terrorist.
